How to get here
By Road
Craster Tower Apartment is conveniently located just a short drive from the A1. Edinburgh is 2 hrs away by car, and Newcastle 45 mins.
By Train
The nearest train station is Alnmouth, around 20 mins drive from Craster Tower Apartment. There is an excellent service on the East Coast mainline;
London - Alnmouth 3.5hrs
Edinburgh - Alnmouth 1 hr
Newcastle – Alnmouth 30 minutes
By Bus
Craster Village is served by local buses from Bamburgh and Alnwick which link with the train station at Alnmouth.
By Air
Newcastle Airport is some 45 minutes and Edinburgh Airport is around 2 hours from Craster by road. Both have rail/tram links to the main railway station, and both have good car hire facilities.
